Skill: Energy split

Seems a bit broken with 100% transfer reguardless of level. Pump all your points into energy and you can tank pretty much everything as well as the benifits of spamming your most powerful skill.

Best class in terms of overal performance, I would say.
Palsma > Pyro > Marine

Max character level = 29
Max equipment level = 25
Total no. of equipment variations of each type = 3

Basically it's "mana as life" albeit in scifi terms. Hits take away energy instead of shield.
