Testing Performance Issue

Hi!

I've a problem after installing USF4 on my pc.
When i try to play online, it says me that it has to do "Performance test" before starting play online.
When i click YES, it crashes and goes on desktop.
This happens when i try to do performance test too, without starting multiplayer battle.
What's about?
Someone could help me?

tried verifying game cache?

Another thing to do is to manually go to your game folder in Steam\steamapps\common\(Game folder)\_CommonRedist and manually run all the installers in the DirectX and vcredist folders.
