SFxT has like 1-2-3 players, mostly 0 because it has totally broken netcode, matches are laggy and unplayable and no one plays it because the online is totally unplayable and dead. SSF4 is kinda excellent, there are always few hundred people playing simalteniously, and you won't have any lag with players from your continent. (a EU player and a NA player will lag)

Not only that SFxT is bugged as hell online, no, We gotta get a new upgrade for AE soon (sometime in summer) and this alone will skyrocket the online community again. (In my opinion i dislike Tekken characters, you are able to pull of some random combinations/moves all the time with button smashing and its not fun at all, at least on the older Tekken parts)

SSFIV online has always been better since SFxT is dead for the most part but I wouldn't call it perfect. I have to pretty much stay and use my region, which is North America to find any proper/good matches without having too much lag and delay. I was hoping to versus my friends from Singapore and the Phillipines but I guess not.

And as people have said, SFxT suffers because of the terrible netcode and no proper fix/patches to actually help the game increase its longevity. I've only played against AI because of this.
