what characters u think should ve never appeared in sf games?
just post ur opinion
i would say its t.hawk, i dont like his design and moveset and overall annoying char

Blanka,Hugo,Honda,Dhalsim,Hugo,Birdie,Hugo,everyone from 3rd Strike appart from Sean,Elena and Alex.Vega,El Fuerte,Rufus,Viper.

Any of the school girls--Sakura, Ibuki, Matoko, Elena, etc. Creepy.

Cammy--Gets my vote for most ridiculous character design in video game history.

Personally though I'm thinking T. Hawk and C.Viper. While I have nothing against their designs (I actually happen to enjoy playing Viper), I feel like that in a game revolving around fighting tournaments they shouldn't include characters who have nothing to do with fighting tournaments, martial arts, or who don't rep particular fighting styles (I have the same opinion about characters like Sonya, Jax, and Stryker in MK).

For me, All Third Strike Characters sucks hard espescially Elena with his Healing ♥♥♥♥♥ ! It's not Street Fighter, it's like Mortal Kombat !!! :avgnmad:

Blanka= His gameplay is around "be random",he is ugly and annoying too. Overall ♥♥♥♥ design.
Hugo= Well this is a personal thing. He is german. I rather would accept a complete rasistic clichee,than Hugo.
Hoanda= is overall boring, he was designd boring and isn't very interesting.
Dhalsim= Mr.Stretch is a pacifist. He hates all forms of Violence and hates it to hurt people.Why is he again in a fighting tournament?
Everyone from SF3,appart from Elena,Sean and Alex= I think they tried with SF3 to much to make the character look and appaer to cool without giving them a real personality.

Actually I was just making a joke since you included Hugo three times, but those clarifications actually do make quite a bit of sense.

I think most characters are fine, but there are certain special moves that destroy the tempo of the game... like Elena's healing and Rose's soul satellite.

Guile/Honda/Balrog/Dee-Jay : characters that heavily rely on turtling and thus very prone to time overs.
Rose : character that relies on running away and thus very prone to time overs too.
Ryu : the blandest character in the history of fighting games. Doesn't deserve to be the main character/poster boy.
Akuma : he's as bland as Ryu. Also an overpowered God-mode Villain Sue.
Seth : I think no explanations are needed because everybody hates Seth.
Decapre : she's just a carbon copy of Cammy with even less personality. Gameplay-wise, she's boring/annoying to fight.
Evil Ryu/Oni : powered-up evil versions that are not necessary and only made to appeal to edgy fanboys.
Vega/Adon : they have annoying voices. Also annoying to fight against most of the time.
T. Hawk : the most braindead grappler. Also WTF is wrong with his fighting stance?
Rufus : ugly design and loudmouth. That is all.
