Adjusting deadzones on controllers
Does anyone know of any software which will allow me to adjust the deadzones on my PC joypad?

@kamui, a deadzone is how far you can move the analog stick before it actually gives input

i.e. the zone is dead because the game doesnt respond until you move it out of said zone

Xpadder is the only decent controller mapper I've ever used. It's free and allows you to adjust deadzones in your analoge.

The last freeware version released can be downloaded here;

Some advice when installing it, personally I've only been able to get this to work when saving the file and it's components to my desktop along with the mapping files generated from using it. Hope this helps.
