I REALLY NEED HELP WITH A PROBLEM

So, i dunno what the actual f*** happen, i open the game and as soon i get in the main menu the all the game does is go up, like from arcade to exit to benchmark to settings, and all the time like that, i cant stop it, i try everything even restart the game from 0, reinstalling, using a different keyboard, fightstick, pad, EVERYTHING I DID, doesnt work, it just keep going up, even if there is nothing connected to the pc, i REALLY need help...

k verify your game files and maybe try going into the .ini files change the input for up, then start it again and if it works change it back. Do this in offline mode though cause messing with those files while online is frowned upon.

Also make sure there isn't a numlock or something activated. Windows has this thing where in certain games if it thinks the keyboard is idle will lock a key in place (even if nothing is plugged in)

I didint find ANY .ini files :/ i search up every file in the game

I'm not entirely sure what the technical term is. I just remember when I modded for stages and a few costumes way back you could alter the files slightly. I'm fairly certain you could change keybindings in one of the files without having to start up the game and go through the options menu. I'm curious as to what happens when you press down? and if it's possible to TRY to get to the key configurations in game if you don't wanna mess with files and try it that way first if possible.

one of your controllers is probably sticking, i had the same problem in MGSV with my steering wheel. Go to device manager->human interface devices and turn off controllers one by one to find which is the problem

When i press down it just slow a little but the GO UP ♥♥♥♥ will never stop, i already tried the config ingame settings :/

So. I tried ur do, and still same problem :c i cant play street fighter 4 :c even if i get to choose a character the character wont stop jumping :c

nice. give it enough time, your character will fly.

let's try the logical approach - Try unplug one device at a time to see where the up is triggered from.

If you have 2 controllers plugged in, try unplug the 2nd controller first. With only 1 controller see if it still happens, if yes, swap controller 2 with 1. Mabbe it's really the problem with the controller.
Next check if keyboard or mouse is causing the issue by unplugging both of them temporarily.

I already plugged and unplugged, virtual and real world terms, EVERYSINGLE device, even the mouse, even the monitor, still same problem
