Co-op problems!

me and my friend bought the game and tried to get in the same match but no and nothing seems to work and the fun part is that my friend cant see me in his dead rising 2 friends list and when i invite him it just keeps saying "cant connect to the game" or some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like that... so anybody had the same thing happen and knows how to fix please do tell

Well first off on him not appearing in your friends list, common sense, join online game. Second, go to Steam, Settings, Downloads, Download Region and after that Restart steam it should work, worked for me

yeah my region is same as my friends and he still cant see me in his friends list and cant join my game and i still see him in my friends list and cant join his game :/

Tried this?

1. Host go into their game
2. Player 2 sends an invite to host
3. Host sends invite to player 2
4. Host views the invite (Do you want to join this game etc.)
5. While host is viewing the invite, Player 2 accepts Hosts invite
6. Host waits a few seconds, then closes down invite.
Now the host should get a "Player wants to join the game". Just accept and it should work.

as i said he cant see me in his friends list so it cant work

try resetting your steam application, if it doesn't work: restart your computer entirely.
i had this problem with someone that wasn't on my friends list and he tried to join me on bl2 and he somewhat wasnt on his list and he restarted his app and it work

nope we tried for about 2 days for hours but nothing. could've been due to one of us having wireless but doubt it since other games worked just fine. really shame since the game is fun as hell in coop

I just got it to work with my 2 friends, but only because they see me on the friend list (even from before I opened the ports on my router) wich is funny because I still can't see any friends on my list
