As of today seems their website is down and all servers too anyone knows what happened and wich server provider would be the best (money not an issue) ?

I doubt they just ditched everyone and shut down. They dont run just Conan servers. Survival is having lots of issues from being overloaded and its effecting everything I think. I too am a new customer to them and not very happy. I would also like to know if there is a more reliable company to go to. At this point I dont care about the money, I just want to play.

They seem to have some network/bandwidth/whatever issues since 2 days though.

This may sound non-intuitive but why not setup a Windows instance on AWS and install CE on there? I can help you setup the game server if you need help.

I own a Ark server plus a conan server. I like running a server that why i bought one.

I have a server with them and no one knows anything, except, they had some kind of major hardware failure sometime yesterday, at least one person got that in a ticket reply. All we know, nothing on twitter, nothing on the forum, if you can get it to work.

Because admins get mad and ban people when they get killed.

most people are not fit to be an Admin.

also kids get mad when being killed by playing admins as they think all there gear is spawned in , same as rust ,well same as any other ea pvp game actually. salty kids are usually the issue lol

Because admins get mad and ban people when they get killed.

We only ban people that camp out of bounds or corpse camp, which is basically griefing.

So not everyone does that.

nah bruv i just sent in a better buisness buraue complaint because they terminated my server saying i called them names when i have the whole thing in messages and i didnt call them nothing i said there servers were ♥♥♥♥ and they blamed the developers, and then the devs themselves said that pingperfect hardware couldnt even handle the game the way they needed it to be handle and thats basicly what i said of them, long story short i got some friends and liek minded server owners together and sent in a better business bureau thingy together as one., not sure if they are having problems due to that alone but i know soon they will be feeling it.

If the server had a transparency setting where it tells you all of the admin actions that are taken this would go a long way to building trust.

To be fair, I am hosting our server on a physical Dell Server that would cost over $4,000 to purchase and it is still laggy sometimes. If they were charging $10/month for each CE server there is no way that they would ever recoup the costs involved. That is not to say it is your fault, it is just bad economics.

They had a server hub failure and are working on it. I can't remember the exact words from the admin of the unofficial server I play on said.
