Valve getting lazy?

The one thing im a little confused about is that new hats dont have any description what so ever.

Your Title is a great 1 why even now make new hats anymore we allready got paints and unusual ones. Why doesn't valve make update called Weapon Warfare that adds 20 new weapons and is a Major Update Or Community Update when people can vote what workshop skin will be made as a weapon (and atleast 15 can make it as a weapon) so no new hats weapons here right now. Becouse TF2 is a hat simulator if that will be got out of the way with lots of new weapons and not just stop playing the game sit in a corner and asking for a f****** hat!
