Organ Grinder (Gunslinger taunt). Short range, takes time but result is hilarious of enemy being stunned and then violently gibbed.

Unlikely to use any, because they're terribly impractical in most situations. The Pow! taunt has some potential value in Medieval but it's not really enough justify taking Heavy over, say, Persian Demoknight; Huntsman Sniper; or Crusader/Amputator Medic.

In terms of amusement, the Rainblower taunt is pretty much maximum WTF.

I only real times I would use a taunt kill, would be to sneak up on a sniper and murder him hilariuosly, so probably the grenade and the guitar
