Mann Co. Store won't load.

I have a few dollars in my Steam wallet, and I want to buy keys, but whenever I try to open the market it says "This transaction has timed out. Please try the purchase again." Does anybody know what causes this? I know the Steam servers just went down, and that may have caused some ruckus in the games.

It's happening to me too, but I only have 14 cents on my account, and the message appears whenever I start up TF2.

I just, just put money on my account, with the sole intent to purchase keys. This is a bad day. First Steam servers are down, and now this. Question: Will it be back up before 10:00 P.M. NE time?
