Female Characters.

Don't you Tf2 fans, including girls wish there was an option that you could switch the gender of all the classes to female and back? I for one, feel like that should happen. Valve should make a gigantic update to Team Fortress 2, where you could switch genders of all the classes. With all the same voice commands, taunts, responses, and all that, but they sound like a female counterpart to the classes. If you feel the same, let me know.

I could see, much more Customazing than before in TF2. Valve is great at creating Characters, so when they would made an Alternate Female Version of every class, with the same weapons, but different backstory and Personality´s, they would become Great.

The possibility to choose in the Options, wich Class is Female or Male in you´r Point of View, would make the concept even better.

I really would love to see such a Developtment. Aside to Weapons, this would be my most desired possible update. ^^

There are skins for female versions of Scout, Spy, Engineer, Medic, Heavy, and a skin that makes Pyro look more like a female since the Gender of Pyro is still a mystery.

Here are the skins if you want to download them. I don't think Valve will make an option to change your class to a female so I guess you'll have to wait for someone to make a female version of every class.

For the 3,872nd time, Valve is not going to make female characters. I'm pretty sure they've come out and said that in the past. Basically, it's too much work to remodel, reanimate, and especially revoice all of the classes just for the few people who want this. Plus, think about it gameplaywise, in order for classes to retain their recognizable silhouette as female characters, they'd pretty much have to look exactly like the male versions but with female heads, which kind of defeats the purpose. There are plenty of mods out there for this, and the Spy one even has voicelines. You'll just have to stick with those for your female TF2 fantasies.
