TF2 is stuck in black and white?

For the past couple of days, my TF2 has been stuck in black and white.

I got into this by playing on the trade_clocktown map, if anybody is familiar with it must be familiar with it's time effect. Everything goes colourless momentarily, but colour soon returns. But in my case, it didn't.
This also seems to be similar to roll the dice's "Nostalgia."

I have tried to fix it numerous times, but nothing (I have tried) seems to work.
Uninstalling TF2, removing mods, and even removing the common folder and starting from scratch. I have also tried looking it up, but nothing came up.

At this point, I'm completely clueless as to what to do.

Despite having no colour, this screen still seems to appear in colour:

Anybody have any ideas to help fix this?

Are you really sure this happened just because you played on that map?
Also tinypic doesn't works for me, could you upload the images somewhere else?

Yes, this had never been a problem before that map.

:O I was playing with nistolgia effect, and it fixed my graphics problems, but they went back to wierd when the black and white went away, do you still have it? Or do you know what caused it now?

Actually, I've fixed this problem. It turns out Steam Cloud was saving the file somewhere.
Still not sure why I was stuck with the black and white effect, though. Mysterious.

Fair enough but still what kind of crappy server would mess up youre game play time , and its obvious that you probably switched it into colour blind mode .

I am still unsure of how it got to be. And yes, at one point in time I did have colour blind mode on. I thought toggling it would work, but it didn't. I also didn't have it on during the time I played with the problem, if that's what you're trying to say.
Apologies if I misunderstood you.

Can I get this thread to die out? The problem's fixed, why is it getting publicity?

This happened to me as well. Can you tell me what you did to fix it? ;_;

You need to disable Steam Cloud for TF2.
Then, you can either corrupt the files or delete them, here's a guide:
