Votekick abuse on Valve Servers

I don't play anywhere but valve servers, which is why its so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustrating they allow and seem to ENCOURAGE abuse of votekicking people off for not doing anything wrong, people just seem to votekick people they don't like. Seriously VALVE, grow some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ professionalism and do something. Why do people who get votekicked for being 'idle' also get BANNED FOR HOURS preventing them from returning to the game if they are not idle? The answer seems to be its intentional, as no developer would ever mistakenly use such backwards, idiotic logic. QUIT BEING ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TROLLS VALVE. I seriously hope you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pay for your utter incompetence and the constant sociopathic behaviour exhibited by your employees. Votekicking should either be disabled entirely on all Valve servers or the entire votekick system needs to be redone entirely.

I've got a few suggestions:

1. Play on other servers.
2. Don't idle.
3. It's not Valve's fault that people kick you so you might as well just stop ranting about them.

1. No. I shouldn't have to. It's valves responsibility to fix, unless they want griefers ruining games for all their players. Do they?
2. I was never idle, not even for 1 minute. I had just joined the game a few minutes earlier, yet someone votekicked me for being 'idle' for no reason and it succeeded because the votekick system is implemented VERY VERY badly. Valve should be very ashamed of this.
3. They MADE the votekick system. Do you not get that? It's their responsibility, it's their fault its so EASILY abusable. They HAVE to fix it, or they will lose more customers like me. Maybe they don't care, in which case I hope they get what's coming to them.

I suggest you stop whining when you get kicked out of a game. I can't even remember the last time I played on a Valve server and honestly I can't tell the difference between other servers.
