Help me, please
Okay so I have kind of an annoying problem. whenever I play TF2 for a while it starts lagging a little bit, then suddenly it shows my PC wallpaper but I still hear the in-game noise and when I look at the bar on the bottom of my screen it shows I'm still playing TF2. It really annoys the crap out of me and I don't know what to do about it. I tried validating and defragmenting my game cache but the problem is still there! Help me, please.

Maybe you should reinstall the game.

Perhaps you accidently pressed alt-tab, or windowbutton, or windowbutton-tab.
Did it actually crash or did it just get minimized?

it actually crashed but the sounds kept going on

Happens to me sometimes, it's an issue with your drivers. Update them all, especially your gpu one.
