Right click on Team Fortress 2 (On steam) > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache

Let me know if this helps at all.

Yes I have, but its about 6 months ago, then I uninstalled it... but one weapon in kill tab dosnt appered right...

I have installed the Christmas Vision.... I have an Idea I will upload my TF2 folder and you will fix it... but it will be too long to download via torrrent... bad idea

What ever mods you have uninstall them. Hopefully It will work

Didn't think you'd respond that quick but anyways if you have any mods installed that may be causing problems you can delete your TF2 content inside your folder directory...

steam/steamapps/username/teamfortress2/tf2

Afterwards all the default files should be restored when you launch tf2 normally.

Pretty much what speedsspy has told you.
