Cannot Re-install TF2

I had the Validating Game Cache Files bug, so I decided to uninstall and re install my copy of the game. But once I had it uninstalled, it now can no longer install period. It crashes Steam right as the preparation loading bar fills all the way.

I've removed every TF2 file in my steam folder, I've restarted steam and my computer, still nothing.

Already removed local content, and manually went into the folder myself to delete the folders left behind.
