Halloween+full moon on TT2 -> halloweengifts: Masks on Mann Manor and misc items on Viaduct_event . +The chance to kill Merasmus and Zombies on Coaltown_event. Have fun :]

At full moon you can use your halloween items.

things you can do anytime: earn boss related achievements on halloween maps
things you can do on full moon: equip halloween marked items, main menu will feature a colored version of doublecross
things you can do on halloween event: collect haunted gifts & pumpkins, main menu will feature content related to the current scream fortress event
