Items not tradeable...

I am currently only able to trade 3 items, the frying pan which i got from the L4D2 purchase, and 2 other items which someone gave me... i have a "your eternal reward" that i recently found, and my brother found it 2 days after i did and hes able to trade it but i'm not. Is there some way to fix this? Also i've had 2 items disappear from my heavy, idk if these are current issues thats been going around but can anyone help?
