How to get a video onto the game hub page?

I was wondering if I had to specifically upload it somewhere, i have a couple of videos linked to my account and I would like to give them exposure. Is it determined by traffic on my videos? Should I send the link to all my friends? Or is it chosen by a specific person running the hub? Is it magic? And do you have an answer for me? Thank you for your time.
