Valve Complete Pack and the Proof of Purchase hat?

I bought the Valve Complete Pack back when Steam was having the Autumn Sale, but I still don't have my Proof of Purchase hat. I know you get one for purchasing the Orange Box, but don't you also get one for purchasing the Valve Pack?

Uhm, I don't think it works that way: AFAIK the Proof of Purchase is given if you activate a copy of TF2 (or Orange Box, or Valve Complete Pack) bought before it went F2P (June 23, 2011).

I know that the Orange Box will give you the Proof of Purchase even if you buy it today because I got a copy for my friend a few months ago. No idea about the Complete Pack, sorry.

No, only if you buy and activate The Orange Box will you get the Proof of Purchase. Even though the complete pack has HL2, HL2E1, HL2E2, Portal, And TF2, I don't think it counts.

I thought you get the hat whenever you buy the game. I got my Dota 2 items, frying pan, and Eilis cap, but why not proof of purchase..

you should submit a ticket to valve.
