This is good. The uber is powerful, but again, dependent on the uber. I like this one's idea. Maybe a bit more of a heal rate (the medic is supposed to heal), and a faster ubercharge rate. The name is good too :3
I also like this one. I think there should be more heal rate, and a better uber (maybe an overheal that doesn't decay, and a faster charge time). It would be hard to choose a specific two players though, especially if they're moving around.
That is why I made it increased heal range.

The Dispensable Dispenser
-50% heal rate
Half overheal
Uber gives double firing speed for 6 seconds (can stack)
Every 30 seconds, medium ammo pack given to target
Segmented uber, 50% consumed each time
-25% uber charge rate
The Rapid Release
-75% heal rate
Half overheal
Uber grants triple firing speed, x1.5 or x2 on miniguns
Target cannot stop firing once they accept uber (right click to accept uber)
No reload necessary, uses reserve ammo too
After uber depletes, all ammo held previously is restored
The Double Down
Can heal two targets at once
+100% heal range
No overheal
-25% heal rate
Uber gives instant full overheal to both targets, or to the last two players healed
Overheal does not deplete
+25% uber charge rate
Better? And if anybody on Valve or associated with TF2 wants to contact me, it would mean A TON. Even if you dont put these in the game it would still be great to know you saw this and maybe give me some feedback or some expert opinions on my ideas!
Any regular players reading this is would mean alot if you could send this around.
I'd say: -50% heal rate would be just right and +20 ammo per 5 seconds for those non-stoppers weps (e.g. Pyro's flamthrower and Heavy's Minigun) and +2 ammo per 2 seconds for those one-shooters weps (shotgun and some primary weps like scattergun, rocket launcher, and sniper rifle), but in that case, my rant about the -75% heal rate seems a little unneccesary since the -75% isn't that OP using my ammo dispensing method.
Haha, its ok. My only issue with your idea would mean something like the flamethrower would basically fire indefinitly, because how long does it take to use 20 ammo. A W+M1 pyro would use about that in 5 seconds i think, but on a good pyro like one who uses airblast that would be a good number. And my goal wasnt really to have only an ammo dispensing medi-gun, but to have a mix of both.
rapid release would help if people need of ammo
the dispensable dispenser would need little bit higher on the healling
double down should be a little bit down on uber charge rate like it should be at 15%

new role to the Medic there.
Youre very right. I wasnt at all considering double medic possibilities of double medics. I guess an added negative would be only one medic can heal you at a time, or no other medics may heal you while being healed by the Rapid Release.
Imagine the Rapid Release uber and the kritzkrieg uber on a beggar's bazooka on a 10x server.
