Huge Spray Problem

I have literally looked at about 50 different threads and can't find a result. Everytime I import a spray into TF2 it seems to work fine and I'm able to see it, but no one else is able to. However when I go back and use previous sprays from about 2 weeks ago people are able to see them just fine, only the sprays I import as of recently won't show up for others. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

I have gone into the console and added cl_allowupload 1 and cl_allowdownload 1 as well it's not a problem with any of those commands, just new sprays I import won't work but old ones show fine.

Some servers don't allow sprays to appear. (I think it is the pure2 setting - could be wrong).

If you create a quick server on your LAN (using the + on your main menu) you can test in there if it works. If it does, it's the server blocking it.

same exact problem here, it's not the server because I see other peoples sprays

Same problem, probably late to the party, but I'd like to get this fixed. I've tried using VTF and TGA files, going under the filesize limit, and it's still mainly invisible.

I've got a similar problem, except I can't add new sprays.

Whenever I make a .jpg image, it won't show up in the folder.
