Demoman. At least until the Short Circuit was buffed. Now it's pretty wide-open...

All of the classes are relatively balanced, but I'd put my money on Demoman for being the most overpowered class. Anything that crits on a Demoman is probably a one hit kill, and it's one of the most popular classes in Team Fortress 2.

The only class that could possibly be considered OP is Demo, because of the sticky launcher when used by someone good (aka not me). The only more useful class is Med. But they are both limited to 1 per team in 6s. That's why going sticky demo in pubs is often frowned upon.

I'd say there really isn't any class that's OP, but Demoman is the easiest to abuse.
