in tf2 should the spy be able to throw or slide sappers across the ground
it would be much eaiser of you could because i hate going up to a sentry and
placing a sapper on because the engi would just kill you.

Though that would be a cool sapper, probably with the downside of a cooldown rate between how often you can place the sapper.

That's the only reason. Then again, Spy also has great hand-to-hand in the video and that's not in the game either. Maybe if it's given a limited range and a cooldown it'd be a possibility but that's unlikely.

I think this would either be an absolutely useless sapper or an extremely overpowered sapper.
It'll be interesting if Valve pulls it off, though.

I think it is a pretty good idea the cool down and limited range seems alright but going back to the meet the spy video it also blew up the sentry straight away so i would give it a 50/50
