YER requires you to play a little bit more cautious. Without an initial disguise, you can't blend in easily, so you have to play more cautious, but if you get your initial disguise, as long as you play more carefully; you can easily remain hard to find.
However, YER comes at a cost of offense. In many situations, using your revolver is essential to a Spies survival, but with the YER; you won't want too fire, due to the difficulty of earning your disguise. So really; the YER is great for taking down sentry nests; but, it makes it harder to defend yourself.
although yer gives you more out of it since the only drawback is not being able to disguise but no sound + instant disguise is pretty good, and doesnt alert enemies you are there like the spycicle
