Hm, I didn't know these kind of names result in item deletion, a freidn of mine has done names way worse, for months, she still has the renamed item.

If all you can think of is genital/anal "humour" (read: childish nonsense), I suggest trying again. Names that are actually clever make people laugh, naming anything something like that just makes them think "is this person ten years old?"

(Case in point: I saw a guy whose Original was named "penis" and frankly it wasn't funny at all. Then I saw a guy who had a strange one named "I was going to make a pun..." and described as "...but I couldn't think of anything Original." It was quite a popular weapon.)

On topic, though, I'd name it "Carpal Tunnel."
