Sentry upgrade animation is glitched up.
I dunno why, but when I upgrade a Sentry, I can see a "already upgraded sentry" model overlapping the animated one that plays when it levels up, still a minor glitch but I'd like to get rid of it...
Any ideas?

Have you tampered with any game models? If not, it might be just a bug, and VALVe might patch it soon.

Verify the integrity of game cache.

Yeah I might have the LED Sentry skin on my folders but it shouldn't be the problem as Valve has set their servers on sv_pure1.

I unistalled it right now anyway, I'm gonna launch the cache thingy.
Also it was just thrown away in a random folder inside the "custom" one.

Don't put VPKs anywhere besides tf/custom if you intend for them to actually come into effect.

When taken in a screenshot, it doesn't look like a model overlap but more like a total disformation, I really don't know why this is happening, but there's apparently no fixes.

I've never seen this before. Check and see if the skin might be there still, and if you moved the wrong stuff.
Verifying cache doesn't always work, I had tried to install a Payday 2 mod, failed, game wouldn't work. I varified cache and it was still there.

Your best bet is to uninstall and reinstall, and see if that helps. You won't lose your items, you'll lose nothing but time from having to redownload everything and all maps.

That shouldn't matter, since it was installed incorrectly to begin with, and thus won't have any effect.

Yeah I know that I won't lose my items in TF2 if I eventually reinstall it, I have a 900 hours playtime X)
Even tough this is just a lil' glitch, I won't waste 7 hours redownloading the whole game etc.
About the skin I totally removed the custom folder, all I left is my lil' self-made HUD modification.
