Rate the value of classes in order

Do it.

medic
engineer
demoman

soldier
scout
pyro

heavy
spy
sniper

I can accurately predict whether a game will be a stalemate or steamroll based on how many of the top 3 are in each teams class composition. I know it's not that simple, but those three tend to decide at least half of my rounds.

It does depend on skill level.
That, and soldier can fit almost any role you throw at him, while engi really can't.

I'll rephrase: if either one of the two were removed from TF2, which one would break the class balance the most? I think engineer...

also, Engineer is basically the most useless class. No offence to engineer mains

Opponents skill
Number of players
Map
Role(Att or def situation)
What classes your team has
What classes opponent team has
Are there any communication in your team or in the opponent team.
Etc

This can't be said easily, it all depends on gamemode (public server, highlander, 6v6). Also, it can't be definite, because it depends on skill level too. Demoman for example is more valuable than soldier in general. But if the soldier is better than the demo, he is more valuable target to kill.
I am bad at HL tactics, so I'll leave it for someone else.

For 6v6 it goes like this:
1. medic
2. demoman/sniper (team doesn't run sniper all the time)
3. pocket/scout - really depends on playstyle/skill
4. roamer

For public server list like this can't be created as people run random loadouts that change value of the class, also skill level difference is huge. So for example good pyro can be much more valuable than average demo on pubs.

Also, I don't get how can you put heavy so low on your list dude, I am not a fan of heavies or anything. But a good heavy can completely rape entire team on average pub server :3 Same goes for good sniper
