i have a credit card complication and im impossible to buy stuff from the store (im still F2P)but is there a way to buy stuff from the shop from a mobile phone? is it possible over mopay?

you can pay over the phone, just go on the site, but it will be linked to your steam wallet or paypal or what ever you are using to pay normally

Well you can pay for hacks , thats what most f2ps do ._.
