Need help trying to set up Dedicated Server for this game

I'm in a Computer Hardware class and I was choosen to do a gaming server and I choose to do the gaming server on this game and I'm having difficulty trying to set up this game for a dedicated server. It seems like I'm getting stuck where I'm needing to do port forwarding for the UDP protocol. I'm using Microsoft Server 2008 r2.

I can get this game to work when the server and computers are on the same network, but once it's on a different network, I can't connect to it. How can I set up the UDP port for this game?
