Factory reset my pc, can i not re-download my games/ingame content?
Reset my pc lost all my games except modernwarfare 2 lost all my team fortress 2 in game items i have spent money on ingame items how do i get them back?

you can't lose your items.

your items are stored on a item server at valve, not your hard drive.

Yeah as long as you're logged into your correct steam account you can't lose your items, even if TF2 is uninstalled. But according to your backpack.tf profile you've never had any items so replying to this is probably a waste of time.

Any items/in-game content and everything you paid for on your account stays saved. Achievments stay, your other game progress does not.
