I don't understand the comics.
Can someone explain why the TFC team is there, and why they were fighting bears and then they are in a home and why medic is working for TFC and why a sniper is aiming at Ms. Pauling in the end?

The TFC team is mostly still alive, probably because of some outside force. Gray Mann hired them to track down the Administrator.

The reason they were fighting bears is because the bears were attracted by the honey. They're also in Russia, where the bear is a pretty common symbol. Heavy fought the bear to protect his friends.

The home they're at is Heavy's home. Heavy's mom is providing dinner for Soldier and Pyro, while Scout comes back to life. Scout is asked for sex, but proves he is loyal to Miss Pauling, even if the feelings aren't returned. Soldier then has sex with Zhanna, presumably in her room as he winds up in her underwear. TL;DR it's Heavy's house.

We don't know why Medic is working with them. It hasn't been told/implied.

We don't know if it's Sniper for sure, but if it is, we don't know. Maybe he heard rumors?
