Yeah. It just started doing it an hour ago. Does it about every 3-4 seconds.
I can try that real quick.
Updated my drivers, still no change.
I'm still getting a solid 60 ping, so lag is out of the question.
Tried this too, turned everything to low. Still having the stuttering. :<
Yes I'm on a laptop.
Intel Core i5-3337U CPU 1.80 GHz
6GB RAM
Win 8.1 64bit
Intel HD 4000 Graphics
As much as I want to say it's hardware. I find it more reasonable that upgrading to Win 8.1 caused this problem when it worked fine yesterday on Win 8.
It's not super imperative I get it to work on my laptop, as I have a beastly gaming desktop. It's just kind of annoying because I like to hang outside of the house and play video games.
Mine seems to be working at this current moment.
A list of things I've done:
Updated drivers.
Changed game resolution.
Disabled steam cloud.
Lowered textures.
Deleted hl2.exe in steamapps-tf2 folder.
Reset router.
Restarted computer.
I don't know what fixed it, but damn was it a headache.
Are you running TF2 in compatibility mode with Win 8?
Right alongside Vista and ME.
