Is english your first language?

You will only rarely find strongboxes from drops now. You keep whatever ones you've had before they became rare.

Are you asking if your strongbox will contain a rare item?

Beginning 02/24/14 - strongboxes will become more rare as in drops...so they will be harder to get starting then. I received 4 strongboxes in the past 2 days.

they are allways ganna be a box, its just them dropin will be diff

"Rare drop" means they appear less frequently than before
They don't turn into anything, they are just harder to find now
