Enable option for non-violence TF2?

I mean you can always have the pyrovisions but the weapons can distinctly be seen spraying bullet everywhere [Exept for the Rainblower... of course] Pyrovision doesn't display the gore when being gibbed and killed but the weapons make it just as the same as any other FPS game. It would be nice to have a option where you can turn your same old mingun into a party streamers everywhere, and the flame thrower turned into bubbles of joy bursting out. It would be pretty cool if Valve adds this.
