it depends on the team. if its a bunch of noobs go guilotine if you can sandman well. if you have a well coordinated team with a lack of medics use milk!

Guillatine is for combat, milk is for support when Mackey Mouze is about to piss himself.

Not to forget, enemy density!
In a map with wide open spaces and enemies that walk around on their own, the milk is less useful than in maps where a lot of enemies are clumped together.

When i played with milk it saved me a lot of time againt pyros and even against rage heavys
I dont think i need something to damage with because scattergun is doing a great work.
Well also it hard to hit with this knife.
milk is good for saving yourself out of rage people and from fire =]

It really depends if you want to play more of a support role or a damage-dealing role. If your team is struggling a bit, Milk might help keep them alive in some situations. The Guillotine, on the other hand, is a good damage dealer if you can reliably hit with it.

I personally use the Guillotine more than milk. It does as much damage as the pistol and if you're better with projectile weapons you can be very effective with the Guillotine
