Weird graph?

I have been playing tf2 for a while, (this is an alt. account) and recently this weird graph is showing up in my bottom right corner of my game. Only recently has it bugged me, because as I download more things, my computer gets slower, and the spikes on the graph go up, and gets in the way of my vision. The graph shows ping, fps, loss, choke, in k/s, and out k/s. I'd like to know how to get rid of it. It went away a while ago and has come back. Any ideas?
