[SOLVED]Very high ping for no reason
Hi!

Today I wanted to play some TF2, but anywhere I go I have lag above 800-900.
Even at the server browser, EU servers (I am from EU) have ping above 1000, when these numbers supposed to be around 30. The funny thing is, I tested my ping on pingtest.net, I had 10ms ping and 3ms jitter which should be more than suitable. I don't have any lag in other online Steam games, or even in BF4. Everything runs perfectly. If I open the server browser in Steam, and check my fav TF2 servers, they show regular (around 30) ping, but at the moment I check them in TF2's server broswer, they have ping above 1000, and if I join, I have lag around 800.
This looks like some TF2 bug, but idk wtf just happened. Yesterday and in the last 3-4 years everything was fine. Today: excessively high, TF2-exclusive ping.

Anyone ideas?

EDIT: I checked, other Source engine games have high ping as well
EDIT: I had Steam Beta because I am Steam Music Beta participant and it requires to run Steam Beta. I just opted out and everything is normal...

its easy to fix that its because there are other cosoles sometimes that are for some reason making the internet not work if u unplug the internet from the console(s) then it will work

Exact same problem, perfect internet and randomly from a day to another this happens. I’m not in any betas, my wifi is perfectly fine, can anybody help me?

Well I'm from Latin America and I usually play TF2 with 120 ping, at the moment the servers tell me that my latency should be 110 normal but when I go to look for my ping by chance it is at 230 - 220 my connection remains there I don't think the internet is the problem since it loads other things fast. And well, apart from TF2, the cs 1.6 is worse for me, 300 ping when generally it should go to 110. I've been like this for 1 week now and I don't know what to do.
