I saw someone with a Unremarkable Fan O' War.
They had Underwater Kills attatched for some reason, as well as Snipers killed.
Apparently every single kill they got was on a sniper underwater.

The Strange Fan should have something like "Assists" or "Marked Players/Marked Assists"
