Hello , if somebody know programa where you can in game play music like HLDJ , please add me or post here if you know , i need it :P

okay what you want to do is go and start up TF2, open the steam overlay and click Web Browser, it should be along thebottom, then just go to youtube and you can use that to play music ingame, I usually have a playlist

I think he means micspam.
you can use manycam to micspam easily.
