As far as I remember, I've never been kicked. It's been requested I leave on a couple occasions, but that's always been in a context where they didn't like me, and I didn't like them. Didn't need much of a reason to server hop.

No i was in a Mann up something in Decoy and this guy asked me if i wanted to trade unusuals, i said no, i got kicked.
