As I've only ever played on pubs and never played competetivly I can still play well under pressure.

Try tf2lobby.com or some other form of competitive pub

I realise I may not play competetivly until I am older because most players would not want a 13 year old on thier team becasue they are "too young"

So long as your voice isn't as sqeuaky as a rabbit over the mic and you have good understanding of most competitive weapons and how to react to them, and you are capable of reacting to them.

it's just 200 hours isn't much experience
i have just over 1000 and yet im still pretty crap at my main (soldier) so 200 hours might not be be enough experience with any class , even if all of that 200 hours is just with 1 class

You probably need some more playtime dude. Most comp players have clocked in around at least more than a thousand hours to be legitimately considered for comp.

No offense mate, but you have no chance. Not many teams will allow people with <1000 play time, especially as low as 200. I have been wanting to join a team for a while but am afraid of being too inexperianced (960 hours) wait 'till you get >1500 hours then you MAY have a chance.
Please forgive me for this predjudice but with only 2 hats most players will class you as "noob" and 200 hours is nothing, get some playtime and maybe you will be accepted.
