Which class can you spam?

A team obviously loses if they have 6 spies, or 6 snipers. But which classes can you spam?
Soldier is a good one.

Because we know how well pub servers do with balancing. XD
I once went on a team of ten with 5 demomen. The other team I just felt bleeding sorry for, especially that poor sniper who kept getting blasted to pieces halfway across the map. Person musta had a heartattack everytime they saw a demo flying at them.
