the best tf related glitch was in tfc, where you could empty your minigun's clip, hold your firing button, then pick up ammo and swap your weapon. if you combined this with cl_pitchup 999, you had a heavy that hovered around in swimming motion, swinging his crowbar 50 times per second and shoot bullets out of his bum. i've been banned from so many servers for this...

in tf2? my favourite was the spy being able to tauntkill while invisible

Their used to be a uber glitch in mvm where you had unlimited canteen uber. Should exploited it more...

Though piling on five quick-fix ubers onto yourself as a dalokohs heavy, back when popping quick-fix as the round restarted made you permanently under its effects was pretty damn fun.

Gunslinger critting glitch.
1. Equip gunslinger.
2. Hold right click (do not let go.)
3. Punch somebody on your team twice.
4. Punch a bad guy-as long as you keep holding right-click, it will crit!
