basically everything stays the same. you only get +1 health without the amp out.

Used to be passive +1, now its only when the weapon is in hand.

Would be really one of the few reasons for me to use the Blutsauger anymore, it feels like it encourages bad playstyles (battle medic).

i prefer the Crusader's Crossbow with the Amputator by far.
