they are not even supposed to listen they should just read the server name to check if it is brazilian or not.
I've heard other nationalities yell the same on US servers.
You'll find that people yell that in-game all the time. Fun fact: brazilian kids do it as much as americans. As does all of the other nationalities that have access to this game.
I blame quickplay: I seriously doubt that anyone is actively trying to join crappy South American servers.
'Squeakers' are kids who yell into the mic for no reason or they're kids who have a very high piched voice, hence the nickname. Also, squeakers aren't just from brazil. They come from all around the world doing the same damn thing.
