Is The Vaccinator That Bad?

It's basically an Anti-Crits medi-gun, and I keep mah heavy alive longer in a firefight with this Medi-gun, so what do you guys think?

On the contrary, the focus fire in competitive makes it completely worthless. You could use it effectively maybe in ESEA open/ETF2L div 6/5/maybe 4

Was great when the phlog pyro wave hit. All the phlogs that were being pocketed had 0 idea on how to do anything but w+m1.

definitely. it's a rage-inducing gun against the right team, but is easily broken by decent coordination

It's good if there's less players to look after, as you lose less from the buffing penalty, and the damage resist doesn't need to be spread constantly. As player counts increase, the worth of the medigun decreases.
I play 4s, for example, and the item is banned (It was quite honestly meta defining, as many teams opted to replace the soldier with pyro to counter it). In 6s and HL, though, it's honestly nowhere near as effective as stock, kritz or QF.

The Vaccinator tales more quick thinking than before. You need to be very observant of your surroundings so you know what resistance to use.

It's awesome, I use it a lot, mostly tho I get hate for it, but here's what I say about dat, if your not gonna keep me alive I am not gonna keep you alive, I use the vac as a shield for ME
