I'm polish, and I'm writing in English as well. It doesn't make me polite. Maybe he simply doesn't speak english? Besides, where does it say that these are English forums? And there are no polish forums on Steam, anyway. There are Russian, German, French, Chinese, but no Polish. So he kinda doesn't have a choice.
