What to do in a cycle of being ♥♥♥♥?

So I'm stuck in this situation where watching other people play this game super well makes me feel like ♥♥♥♥, but I can't play the game because then I'll feel like even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ when I get dominated by somebody who's less ♥♥♥♥ than I am. Then I get salty and switch to spectator where the cycle continues until I eventually collapse, close the game, and cry myself to sleep.


Please send help.

Set up near teammates or near spawn. That way it's either protected or back up in 2 seconds.

Ever hear of sticky bombs? Also, you'd be suprised how many a demo can put on the ground in a matter of seconds.
